Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Borja is a qualified Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a strong interest in using exercise and dry needling therapy to manage acute, sub-acute or chronic illnesses/injuries, and helping patients achieve their best physical function, health, and overall wellness.

Borja constantly strives to improve his knowledge and skills by engaging in ongoing professional development. He brings his evidence-based research into the clinical setting, developing tailored exercise prescriptions for individual patients.

With a deep background and enthusiasm for sports, including soccer, triathlon, rock-climbing, athletics and kick-boxing, Borja also provides consultations to athletes in different sports and activities.

Ethan Cartwright

Ethan is a Physiotherapist with experience across the private hospital system, musculoskeletal private practice, and the National Health Service. He works in post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation, supporting patients recovering from knee, hip, shoulder, and spinal surgeries. He also manages osteoarthritis, falls prevention in older adults, and a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.

Ethan takes an active, exercise-focused approach to rehabilitation, combining evidence-based practice with education and personalised goal-setting to help patients regain function, confidence, and independence.

With a strong foundation in sport and strength training, he applies his clinical experience to support patients in returning to daily activities, work, and sport.

Luke Hurditch

Luke is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who genuinely enjoys helping people move better and feel more confident in their bodies. He works with a wide range of clients and has a particular interest in osteoporosis, pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, and the management of sub-acute and chronic health conditions.

Luke takes a practical approach to exercise therapy, focusing on programs that are realistic, safe, and tailored to each person’s goals and daily life. He values building strong relationships with clients and supporting long-term progress, not just short-term results.

Outside the clinic, Luke is passionate about staying active and enjoys rugby, mountain biking, and camping, which influences the way he approaches movement, rehab, and performance. He believes exercise should be purposeful, enjoyable, and sustainable.
