Exercise Program will Include upper and lower body training, Core & Balance Work to improve posture, stability, and reduce fall risk. Also including Flexibility & Mobility for joint health, stress relief, and relaxation.
  • Tailored Cardiovascular Exercise Plan (3-5 times per week): Boost heart health, manage weight, and increase energy through a targeted aerobic exercise plan that includes weekly activities such as brisk walking, cycling, and swimming.
  • Progressive Overload and Intensity: The exercise program will be designed based on insights and assessments from the initial consultation, establishing the baseline intensity and exercises tailored to each client. Intensity and variety will gradually increase over the 12 weeks to match your progress and fitness level.
